Ugly? This is a basic, staple colorway.

At the time of release these were near the forefront of this category of shoe technology wise and subjectively comfort wise. There was also the influencer effect, particularly Kanye West, which drove hype absurdly high to the point where various colorways and collaborations went for hundreds and even thousands over the retail price. $200 for the desired profit margin and cost of R&D, marketing, just like a pair or Jordan's. Nowadays people rarely buy these at MSRP.

Return policy page says free returns.

Refund policy page has this line:

"A one time return fee of $4.95 will be assessed per order regardless of the number of items returned. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount."

Anyone have experience with this retailer? I get that it seems to be a Simon-run site so it's legit but that line is confusing.

I used to suffer from plantar fasciitis. These, Adidas Cloudfoam (no longer made), and the Adapt 3.0 made that go away. Ultraboost are more reliably offered.

I don't pay full price but usually add a pair of two when they drop below $100.

I do have to go up half a size though.

Again, it should be <$50. But if this is your first boost, it is not too bad a price. I remember I paid about $90 when this firstly came out many years ago.
