My excitement turned into dismay when I noticed several imperfections in the mugs. The edges were rough, giving the overall appearance a somewhat unrefined look. They look great in the pictures but in person was quite disappointing, as I was hoping for a more polished and aesthetically pleasing set.
While the mugs do function well for holding beverages, their flaws are noticeable enough to detract from the overall experience. As much as I appreciate the slickdeal of this set, I cannot ignore the quality issues that I encountered across the majority of the mugs I received, and I got three boxes.
