Using Chocolate Hazelnut as example
On front label it says "2g net carb"
Looking at carbs, I see:
14g total carb
1g sugar
7g sugar alcohol
So my math says 14g total- 7g sugar alcohol = 7g net carb.

I have the same question. The hazelnut I received says 3 net carbs though…

According to their box, they subtract for fiber (1)and veggie glycerin(4) as well .
