I expect a lot of fitness clearance, from retailers who tried to cash in during pandemic. Then stock got stuck and now trying to clear out before fall

I wouldnt order the resistance bands he got for chair exercise or much of anything really bc they're the ones that are short and connected in a loop.

Get the "lifting straps" here, they are long and you can hold each side and anchor the middle through or around something and get lots of awesome resistance training as well as in an office chair, etc.

Those aren't made for chair exercises. Get the "lifting straps" on their site for good resistance bands for chair exercises. Those looped ones are useless...very little to do with them unless you're adding a tiny bit of resistance while doing cardio, yoga, pilates, etc...and even then it's not very versatile or comfortable to do much with.
