Woot has a reconditioned MSI Desktop for sale at ~$500 now. It comes with a i5-11400F, a RTX 3050 with 8GB GDDR6, 16GB ram, and 500GB SSD.
I did a quick search on Slickdeals. Most of the popular/FP desktop deals with a RTX 3050 were paired with a newer CPU but around $100-$200 more expensive (though they are new instead of reconditioned).
Being a MSI desktop, it should be more upgradeable compared to those HP/Dell Desktops with proprietary parts.
