There were many deals in 600-700 range with 100%sRGB color gamut displays. Once you get used to a 100%sRGB display, you will find the 60% sRGB display washed out.

Last year's IdeaPad 5 pro was around $600 on sale and had QHD+ 100%sRGB display. Also, a few days ago, $399ish laptop at woot was 100%sRGB. IdeaPad slim pro 7 was a little higher in price but with far superior display.
