I have the 11" pan with glass top, it's my single most used item. The entirely smooth interior means you can get the whole thing clean with the occasional barkeeper's friend. 5-layer construction, good lateral conduction (even on induction), it will maintain its flat shape with proper use. The only caveat is that these pieces are heavy.
I won't say this is the last pan you'll ever buy, but it should last you over a decade.

edit update: My dealer contacted Zwilling on my behalf then emailed me that Zwilling will replace the fry pan.
Here's how Zwilling responded to me when I Initially called them directly:
The Zwilling CSR wasn't in the least apologetic about the defective welds. I would first need to submit a claim form she said. Zwilling would then "evaluate the pan after I shipped it back to determine warranty eligibility which wasn't automatic".
That's b.s. Bad welding is easily identified by photos and is a known issue with a small percentage of Proline pans. Spot welding a multi-ply pan is difficult and not something most makers attempt. The warranty is 30 years free replacement however the trend has been to discontinue high end products.
If Costco continues to stand behind what it sells then that helps but they only give a refund of the price paid not a replacement, With inflation a refund years later is only minor consolation.

Would I buy this set?
Personally I would not get much use out of the following included pieces, YMMV:
3.5-qt saucier with lid ( multi-clad for delicate sauces )
5-qt sauté pan with lid ( single wall sealed encapsulated bottom )
8.9-qt Dutch oven with lid ( ? )
I use the 2 qt sauce pan daily but the saute pan and saucier collect dust. The 32 cm Proline fry pan works great for saute with an All-Clad 12.5 lid. I have not tried the Dutch Oven. I prefer cast iron enamel for an oven but can easily get by with Instant Pot. YMMV depending on what you cook. Priced individually works best for me.
The handle welds:
Rivet-less is such a huge advantage for ease of cleaning that I will buy again.
There are two ball point pen sized spot welds on each side. One on either side of the Proline helper handle showed only discoloring indicating insufficient heat to weld. The other two show shallow pits.
The Demeyere pieces which I like the most:
Fry pan: My 24 cm ( 9.4" ) gets used daily. It has more usable bottom area than a U.S. 10". It's just the right size for most tasks and does not require a helper handle. Many must agree because it is always out of stock. For a large saute job the 32 cm ( 12.6" ) is the way to go. The 28 cm - 11" in this set is either too large or too small for most jobs IME.
LIDS for Proline fry pan: An enameled cast iron lid is the best choice for smaller Proline because it reflects heat and condenses. If your cast iron enamel oven has a 24 cm lid then buy the 24 cm Proline. If you have a 9 quart oven then it may have a 28 cm lid which will fit the 11" Proline. For the 32 cm Proline fry pan a c.i. lid is too heavy but an All-Clad lid is just right.
Proline usable bottom area": The usable cooking area of Proline frypan is much larger than other pans. The 24 cm ( 9.4" ) Proline can easily replace a U.S. 10". It's great for eggs, searing and everyday tasks. Even though Proline runs heavier than other stainless the 24 cm is still very manageable. The working area of the 32 cm is huge yet the design and construction allow it to work well on the Nuwave portable induction 1500 watts and above.
Saucepan: The 2 qt saucepan is awesome but I like the Silver7 version better since it has a double insulated lid. When used with portable induction it easily replaces a teapot to brew tea, a kettle and a microwave for hot drinks and soup.
