I tried it at costco and I don't like the sound. My Charge 2+ is just a little bigger and sounds way better. I'll wait for the Flip 6.

Search for W-KING on Amazon. Better sound and better reviewed. Can be had on sale from time to time. There are usually discounts available. Also look at YouTube video. You're paying for brand recognition with jbl.

Here's my super tainted opinion... Mind you, I hate JBL customer service and have sworn off Everything their parent company Samsung and Owner Harmon International make (when possible). I'm sure it's still in an old thread. Anyway, I got the Flip 6 (yes the 6 is out) for Christmas. It's got great sound for a small speaker. Works perfect for a speaker on my desk and rocking out in the shower. Battery sucks, I was literally thinking about timing the battery life this morning. That said, my buddy has had the Charge 4 for quite some time and brought it camping numerous times and he loves it.

Owned one of these for a while now and love it. We use it for golfing regularly and charge it every few months. My daughter is heading off to college, so we snagged this deal for one.
