It is more local availability may vary than YMMV. It is not a clearance or local mark down price. Same price everywhere. Could be a pricing mistake.

BTW, this stuff in the green can works great for removing Great Stuff Foam from your hands or tools.
The traditional chlorinated Brakleen is not flammable; To me, that's a huge upside and it cannot be ignited when working on materials likely to spark or be hot.
