Lowe's [lowes.com] has 500 pack assorted sized zip ties in a tube container on sale for $3.97. Free store pickup where available, otherwise free shipping for $45+ or shipping starts at $5.99. Sale ends (next?) June 29th.

Not sure if this is a sale price or YMMV, shows as $3.97 for 91505 and 52001 so seems to be widespread at least.
