These are actually more comfortable than you'd think and $200 is a pretty good price. When I got out of prison, I had trouble adjusting, so I got one of these (not the same model, but close to it). I used this for almost two years until I acclimated to a normal bed again. I now keep it in a spare bedroom so the friends I made in prison can use it when they come to visit for the weekend (or I just occasionally sleep in it myself when I'm feeling nostalgic and want to relive the good old days).

I might get one for one of the spare rooms at my cabin. We've got vaulted ceilings and sometimes host a LOT of kids but I don't know if I trust the quality of these things, they look pretty crappy.
