I already bought the titanium drill bits from Harbor Freight for $10 on sale for Independence Day. How do these compare to the HF Warrior Set?

If you're the type of person who likes to drill holes with their impact driver, these Makitas are THE set to get. But if you drill holes with your drill, just get round shank bits as hex shank ones often have problems with misalignment and breakage/spinning.

Those are Harbor Freight quality and not hex shank, but you got twice as many.

This seller is a joke, it was $11 for one hour, then he changed the price to $15, now he changed the price again to $14. I recommend not to buy it until price come back down to $11
