Wish it was on Amazon in case I have to return it and it doesn't work out.
Use a decent credit card.

Amazon only gives you 30 days, they're really not great.

That is why I bought the 26quart size when it was on sale on Amazon - going to test it this weekend camping 🤞

I bought this for a few dollars more last week. It's pretty great. Gets cold fast and doesn't make much noise. Also for prospective Tesla Model Y owners, this does fit in the rear sub hatch trunk area. The trunk floor cover will rest on the cooler lid when it's shut, but it doesn't affect usability of the hatch area at all.
Does it push on the lid if you put stuff on the trunk floor? Do you have a picture?
Thanks

It does slightly push on the lid, but I have loaded the trunk up on top of it with no issues. The control panel locks automatically so you can't turn it off accidentally.

So in order for this cooler to function, does the vehicle have to be ON at all times ? Or can you turn the car off ? Is there a battery that keeps it running for the few hours your car might be off / etc?

It runs on a wall plug or lighter adapter. There are three different low voltage settings you can set that it will shut off if your car battery gets so low. If your battery does or gets to low the food doesn't stay cold. It's an ac in a box

Yeah, me too.

I bought the smaller version.
The handle is flimsy... it is more designed to help you get the empty fridge from A to B.. if you filled this with full cans of liquid, it would be a very iffy situation using the handle, you would have to be very careful. I could see it breaking.

OP sorry for doing this here in your BougeRV list, but as this person said, slickdeals won't allow us to post this fridge .

I took a lot of pictures. Measurements, compressor .. and issue.
Issue: the seal is a sticky one sided foam pushed into the grove as you see in the picts. The problem I had with mine was the Amazon driver delivered it on its side. I met up with him in the parking lot and sawhim bring it out on its side, and asked if it was always on its side. The driver said he picked it up on it side so he kept it on its side.
I don't like that.. he even carried it to my door after i showed him the box says keep upright, on its side. So I was going to contact Amazon anyway if it made noises.

Problem 2: the seal had some high spots, it wouldn't stay pushed into its grove for some reason. I tried to slightly pull it out but I noticed its double sided tape on one side and if I removed the seal it probably would rip the seal. I know home depot has some pretty cool weather stripping I could replace the seal intirely. (see picture).. i was able to slide paper in and out between the 'high spots'. So I knew it wouldn't be a sealed closure of the lid. This is why now I am asking about the BougeRV about their seals. There is a plastic line on the fridge part the seal touches and the marking, indent of this line is seen on the seal when opening the lid. It was not evenly seen on the seal on the top of the lid once opened.
The seal is not thick so there is no pressue to close the lid, the lid closes plastic to plastic. It needs to be 1 milimeter thicker atleast.

Reguarding complaints.
I read people complaints on different models of 12v fridges like this.
Keep in mind, if it is a duel zone.. the devider (this one does) has a magnet in it that triggers the controlls to know you removed it. Some folks complain about 1 side not cooling... or they see --- where the temp should be on that side. There are talk about turning on that side by holding down buttons for 3 seconds. So people don't know what they are doing.
Secondly, sitting or standing on your fridge can warp the lid, there is no protection or support in the center of these lids if you sit or stand on them. they will warp. " it keeps running", or "it costs a lot of electricity'' comments. Well they probably warped the lid ( if the fan is not stuck on the coils) .
Also, left side is '' fridge '' right side is '' freezer'' don't have fridge lower temp the freezer. Can set both the similuar temps but not cooler on the left side. (with duel zone fridges this makes sense... side closer to compressor is ' freezer ' ).

It is hard to judge a negative comment.. Broken handles for example.. that is a lid release handle not a lift fridge up handle! I say out loud when I see those pictures of lid handles broken.
People have to have a brain to understand these things.

Bodega customer service took within 24 hr to reply and they even kept up with the conversation. They were great and understanding.
i turned it on for 40 seconds and it pulled 34w.
It is duel zone! has a devider, wheels with metal axle. 14" wide total. It is a great fridge dispite my enomoly of the seal and amazon driver not understanding english (can't read '' UPWARD '' or " This side up" ) even though he was from USA.

Measurements of interior is with divider out. Can put in 2 1gal milk plus 3 to 4 1/2 gal milk cartons (1 on small shelf) With the 2 gal milk jugs!. Can even put in 3 - 4 digorno pizzas (with 2 1gal milks - substitute the 1/2 gal cartons) as they are actually smaller then the 12'' box so crush the box down. It is 11 1/4 inch tall inside because of lid raised slightly in certain areas. You can NOT stand cans up right on the small shelf. ( as seen in some pictures of the website). 2 cans tall in the deep area but not 3. top cans have to lay on its side.

I hope this helps you.
I've not heard of the BougeRV posting ban. Why is that?

My post was a reply to somone elses post saying they got another fridge not BougeRV and I noticed it was the same fridge as the Bodega one I bought, so my comment was regarding the Bodega fridge. For some reason I don't see that persons post I replied to.

Thanks I might have to call them. I plug it in at 2pm and it's not in the 30s until about 630pm. It's been plugged in for about an hour and I'm only at 63
Did you get this resolved? Having the same issue where its taking hours and power consumption drops below 5W.

Not really, they didnt do anything but they did offer me $100 off to keep it. Took like two weeks of "emails" since they dont respond for days at a time. If it stops cooling I'll probably have to send it in and get it fixed. Is anyone else's just cooling within 20 min like its supposed to? Definately next time buy it on amazon so you can just easily return it. Frown

Odd, I'm using a portable power supply to power it and I just had to disable the low power shutoff so PS won't turn off if power use too low. I think it takes about 2 hrs to cool down but it stays cool when i've used it shopping in my trunk in 100F weather.
