Microfiber and other petroleum based fibers have to be banned. They cause allergies, are cancerogenic, disrupt hormones and cause a lot of discomfort. Avoid at all costs and buy some high quality cotton.

I agree! And I wish I'd known a long time ago before I'd contributed to the pollution caused by microfiber. Every time you wash them, more microplastics are released into our water and thus into our food and drinking water. I'm trying to stick to natural fabrics now as much as I can. Thanks for pointing this out and hopefully others will recognize the damage synthetic fibers cause.
