Kind of debating if I should post this. Vip Outlet on Walmart currently has a Gateway laptop with i7-1255u 8GB Ram 512GB SSD 14.1" IPS Touchscreen for sale at $236.55. Based on what I have read, there are many good things but also many not so good things about this series of laptops.
Good: For ~$240, you are getting a laptop with a 12th gen i7 with touch screen. There is also an additional m.2 slot for a 2nd ssd.
Bad: 8GB Soldered Ram, Not so good screen, m.2 slots only support SATA (need verification), and well, it is a refurbished Gateway
Personally, I would say it is decent deal as long as you know what you are getting and don't have any unreasonable expectations.

It's pity that the CPU is very powerful (to a laptop) but the motherboard design put a limit on it.
Edit: Actually, made a mistake. The CPU is not the same. The Ebay one has a i5 1235u instead of a i7 1255u
FYI it looks like it went back in stock as well.
