Did you have any digital credits or a promotional credit sitting on your account? It looks like Amazon used that to offset the price. The ($1.99) promotions is where they've taken away value from your account, so not free.

Can you also check the receipt page for other episodes and see how that shows?

You're right, I apparently had a couple bucks credit from taking slow shipping at some point and it was deducted from that. My mistake. Super sneaky of them! I was able to cancel the purchase.
