Delivery date pushed out to 8/18 (which is fine), so I assume they're still collecting $$ for pre-orders... happening for anyone else?
PA, which seems to only charge tax on the final amount after all discounts (and not the retail price). Same for when I bought my Z Fold 3 and S23 Ultra. Only paid tax on the amount after all trade-ins, discounts etc.

Also not sure when I will see PayPal 10% as since it is a pre-order they won't charge me until it ships.
