Are you sure? I placed the order for 6 Classic and I'll make my decision to keep the 5 Pro (still in unopened box) or 6 Classic after comparing them.

I know, I am kind of in between. Just trying to see what would be the best price I can get, and by not getting the workplace discount that shifts the scale more on 5 pro side.

Happened to me as well, but on a phone. Traded in a Note 20 Ultra for $850 credit early last year. Shipped it over and a few days later received an email saying that since I didn't send what I was supposed to send, my card will be charged an additional $850. My heart stopped beating for a few seconds when I saw that.

Immediately called them and sure enough, they were able to show me a video of the box I was sending, being cut open and shown to the camera with just some crumpled pieces of papers inside. I know it's really my box as I recognized the pieces of papers as they're random crayon scratches my toddler made. WTF.

They didn't show the bottom part of the box though (which was most definitely was cut open for the thief to grab my phone), and I have a screenshot of Fedex tracking where my box was weighed something that couldn't possibly be just some crumpled papers. So I pushed through to talk to a supervisor until they said they will do a 'one time exception' for me and waive the $850. What a traumatic experience.

I didn't think I'd ever do a Samsung trade again, but now I'm going to do this for $150 for my Watch3. I'll be making lots of videos. Fingers crossed.

Just want to add my 2 cents about Samsung trade ins. Never had a problem trading in phones or tablets, but one time I traded in a pair of wired junk headphones for a Buds 2 deal. They claimed I didn't send the right item... Like I said, it was a junk pair of "wired headphones." Had to hop on chat for them to fix. Annoying but not the end of the world
