When I emailed customer service, they put the amount back and never an apology.
As others have mentioned, it is overpriced during prime hours and not worth it. Also, the different "games" seemed odd at first but then it I got it....Top Golf is essentially a bowling alley concept where you hit golf balls. They want you and your friends to view Top Golf as a meeting place, to come and spend a couple of hours hanging out, playing the games, order drinks and food. It is not about golf other than going through the motions of hitting golf balls at targets.
