In my opinion, absolutely. It's one of the more cleverly written RPGs I've ever played. It's not for everyone as it's more of an RPG built around dialog and exploration, and there's not really any combat, but it's a unique experience I thought was well worth my time.
Honestly all for this. I remember during the dark times at the beginning of humble choice where some people were pausing for 11 out of the 12 months but thought they should get all the loyalty and grandfather perks because they didn't cancel... but they weren't really subscribed either.
10 percent is already more than they need to since the games are a good deal, it's nice that they do reward loyalty.

Thanks for posting, looks like a "skip" month for me but nice to know being I just beat a game last night so I was on the fence about buying something new or waiting for Aug's Humble Choice.

Probably a skip for me as well. I was on the fence for July with Outer Worlds, but I probably would never get time to get past where I got with gamepass. Is Disco Elysium worth it?

It was my second playthrough of the main campaign for The Outer Worlds. Did get a little boring about halfway though and the DLC which required looking for "clues" was super annoying to me, ended up skipping that (should have killed everything, more on that....). The other DLC was solid though. It tried to playthrough the main game with different factions this playthrough but I think I ended up making all the same choices again so it ended up being very similar to last time. Probably about 60% in I decided to stop talking to any NPC's and just kill EVERYONE and EVERYTHING. Funny enough this does not prevent you from completing any quests (does close the door for many new side quests though) and was a lot of fun as every area turned into a massive frantic shooter.

Ghostwire Tokyo was really good as well. I did not think I would like that game however was completely wrong, had great story. Borderline too much narrative and cutscenes for me but they did it well enough I did not lose interest. Ended up beating the campaign last night (not 100% by any means).

If you skip a month do you lose your sitewide discount?

Interesting, normally you don't find out til the first Tuesday, I guess they are announcing early now.

Also, tip for everyone, don't sub until the last week of the deal, sometimes they will give out additional discounts!

Be prepared for a LOT of reading.

That's appealing for some, as the reviews are overwhelmingly positive. On a personal level, I read and write a novel worth of emails and support topics every day, and the last thing I want to do is read more "for fun".

Like others have said for Disco Elysium, you have to ready and willing to do a bunch of reading. That said, it is one of the more imaginative and clever RPGs that have come out in recent memory. The writing is absolutely spot on for most of the game, and I sometimes narrate my life in that same style. Almost zero combat, tons of exploration, and fun puzzles and connect the dots type of mystery solving.

Inland Empire: The game calls you to wistfully in an almost melodic trance. You can't help but feel the allure pulling you in...

Looks like a skip month for me as well, but this will be a great deal for other people, even with historic lows the 3 mentioned games are around $20 alone.

Disco is probably a diamond in the rough when it comes to originality. It blew me away. That being said: already have it on PC and played on Steam Deck, so just giving it praise where it's due.
