I need to compare this with the one at costco which is a 6 Quart Professional 600 it seems which will be up for 300 on aug 2?
There are not a lot of clear comparisons around.

You need to speed extra $100 to get stainless steel attachments. Them ones in the box is aluminum garbages that oxidize no matter what and stain everything including food

I researched between the two, the big thing is it is better for home cook quantities.

Costco model isn't the Professional 600. Costco is called a Professional 6 QT and has a 500 watt motor. The Pro 600 has a 575. Slightly different machines. My Pro 600 included the white coated beater & dough hook. Sams & Costco are the anodized, which you should never put in the dishwasher as the now tarnish transfers to food.

The models are really confusing.

So, considering that I'm okay with 5Qt should I buy the sam's club version and save some money?
I only need it to be a high enough power to be able to grind wheat berries using the gram mill attachment.
