Probably no replacement parts. We had ours for almost a year and then it won't charge anymore. Luckily it comes with a 1 yr warranty so we notified them, shipped it back, and got a replacement bike. If you could get the extra warranty, I suggest get it because mine broke in 11 months.

Battery size? Range looks really low. Full suspension and fenders is nice vs. the REI 'cargo' bike.

No pictures of it folded up? Wondering if it's easy to carry around when it's folded up

Absolutely not. It is so heavy and poorly balanced that its folded mode could only be considered stowable in an SUV.. It is not "transportable" in any form. Damn thing is so back heavy and misbalanced it shouldn't still be sold.

DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE. Especially if you ever intend to fold it. Or ride without power. It is heavy as hell and practically impossible to pedal unpowered. I regreat the F out of getting this garbage.

To be fair, I don't find any of the compact foldable e bikes in the 350-450W range to be "easy" to carry. This one weighs about 40-45lbs. I would say you can carry up a small flight of stairs if you need to, but it's cumbersome to do often and for long distances. Most people would kind of roll it like a piece of luggage when folded. Personally, with my old foldable bike in a similar size to this, I keep it stored in a 45gal tote that has wheels. It makes it really easy to move around the garage and to slide in and out of a car

edit: this doesn't have foldable pedals fyi. most Foldable bikes I've come across usually include them.

Lower range than many e-scooters AND you still have to pedal?

I guess this could be a good option if you really like biking, though this doesn't look like a particular joy to ride. Otherwise I would just spend a bit more on a good e-scooter (with a seat if that's important to you).

The whole point of these small e-vehicles for me personally is to get me to places that are within biking distance but without having to arrive tired and sweaty like I might on a bike. If I'm okay exerting myself anyway then I'll just take my much more comfortable real bike; if I don't want to exert myself then I'd prefer an e-scooter that just does all the work for me, rather than some in-between.

This is the primarily reason I haven't went electric in my commute. It only took one time for me to see a guy's electric bike just stop working midway a hill. My commute is fairly long so I can't afford any accidents out of my control.
