The receiver itself is $430 at most places. Seems like a good budget setup.

I'm a big Yamaha fan. Don't buy this, the speakers are terrible. Get some higher end used bookshelves and at least a 10" sub. You don't need a 4k or 8k AVR if you run all your equipment to the TV, then one HDMI cable to the E ARC receiver. These speakers are HTIBs. Not quality satellites like the Energy Take series. That receiver is rated at 80w at 6 ohm. That's not good.
