How did Woot respond to people with missing parts?
They gave me a $20 credit for missing bowls.

I have prime but it still shows $6 shipping on check out. Is that happening for anyone else?

ETA: nevermind. I realized I hadn't linked my prime account yet.

the reason not a lot of love for this deal...is that you gotta freeze the bowl insert overnight or it not work! I so sick of that crap. 1990s called they want their crappy ice cream maker back

Despite all the concerns about missing parts, two weeks ago I would have jumped on this deal. Instead, I ordered the available NC100 (original Walmart version) of the Breeze--with additional 4 extra containers, and I am happy with the $201.25 out-the-door Ninja website investment. I thought the larger version might be better for my needs (I have a1.5 qt cuisinart which works great for regular--even sugar free--ice cream but not for keto chow and just donated my 2 qt model since I haven't used it in years). Even the regular size containers make several servings so I was glad I hadn't gotten the larger size. If more than two people will be eating the batch, you'll probably want to go for the BIG.

If you want to know if this is a good deal, try and find a new one that is available to purchase, everyone including the Ninja website is out of stock.

Something like this that seems to break decently often worried me buying refurbished with a 90day warranty

Even if it's refurbished isn't $120 a smoking deal? Not sure why this deal isn't getting any love...
I got one of these last time they had them, I thought I was having a problem with it (which turned out to be user error), but I called ninja even tho it was refurbished and they were going to replace it if it did it again. So, it's definitely a deal

Any one know what the box looks like?

I was thinking of purchasing one as a gift.

Does it scream refurbished?
Mine came in a totally different plain box with broken pieces of foam taped together holding it in place.

What did you end up doing about it? Would you jump on this deal again from your experience?

Every time im at the grocery store theres at least one brand's tub on sale for $2.50. Would need to go thru $50 (not counting all the work and ingredients) to break even. In reality I'd use this a handful of times as a novelty like those breadmakers and it would end up collecting dust in the pantry

In for one, have the regular Creami which I just broke the lid on and is non replaceable now - too bad as I use it all the time. Only bummer is the two machines use different size pints so will need to buy more. (Have twelve for the regular Creami lol) Totally worth the money for me still.
Not sure, but you might be able to use it with the newest iteration of the pint jar Creami (the one that no longer uses the out cup).
