An FYI, check hyperx's reddit. Tons of these are DOAs. Just got one today and returned it. Wouldn't charge or power on. Seems like a common issue.

I bought one of these and it was trash. It felt cheap. It had constant buzzing, and it didn't automatically switch between audio output sources on PS5 when you turn it on and off. You have to go into the system settings and switch it back and forth. I returned it a few days later.

do not buy these i received the first pair doa, thought ok it can happen. Ordered a replacement with amazon also came doa.

I got it at $43.44 and also got a DOA headset. Called HyperX support who noted that they've been getting several calls about DOA headsets from Amazon recently, so there may be an issue with their stock. He recommended buying from a different vendor or a different headset.

Check the manufacture date on the package, Sometimes it needs a deep charge to wake it up if it is over a year old.
