Good write up but you should not be deducting the shop card from the cost, which is still 60 dollars and not 15.

No you can't, only if your account is already expired before March 31, 2023

Have someone else signup (spouse, significant other) and put them as primary and yourself as secondary (domestic) and it will work. As long as the primary hasn't had a membership recently.

Does costco ship everywhere in US? My city doesn't have one and I wonder if they would ship to my house but of course non-grocery things

The people at my location checked my drivers license (a utitiliy bill is also OK) for the home address, so I think you'll need something with a different address

Was really interested until I read comments from other thread that if you have other card holders in your household, they could reject your membership deal.
