Have someone else signup (spouse, significant other) and put them as primary and yourself as secondary (domestic) and it will work. As long as the primary hasn't had a membership recently.

VISA Rule 1.5.5.3 Cardholder Identification
Unless specified in the Visa Rules, a Merchant must not request Cardholder identification as a
condition of purchase.
In the AP Region, Canada Region, CEMEA Region, LAC Region, US Region: A Merchant that suspects fraud in a Face-to-Face Environment may request Cardholder identification. If the identification is expired or does not match the name on the Card, or if the Cardholder does not provide identification, the Merchant may decide whether to accept the Card.
I decided to create a new Groupon account using another email address (it wasn't letting me use my primary address, maybe some sort of backend system lockup). But I wanted to make sure I didn't get processed twice. Checked my paypal order status and it said it was cancelled. I also sent an email to customer support, asking what the hell happened.
But anyway I gave it another try with a new account and it's now in Processing status again. Will update when this is completed.
Asking customer support now will will try update when I got a reply.
Is it possible to apply Groupon Bucks to buy this deal? Perhaps it's not allowed for this deal?
