Have someone else signup (spouse, significant other) and put them as primary and yourself as secondary (domestic) and it will work. As long as the primary hasn't had a membership recently.

Then this same evening I got the Travel and 40 off 250.00 online coupon.
Now just waiting on the 45.00 shop card. (Got that the following day).
So ended up getting everything within 2 days.
Dear Groupon. You send way too many promotional emails. It's a bit irritating. They fill up my inbox. I don't mind one every so often but I get tons a day.
Sign in to your account and select 'Account'.
Select 'Subscriptions' to see your options.
Check or uncheck the emails you'd like to receive, including Daily Deals, Deal Categories, and Email Notifications.
Once you've made your selections, select "Save" to update your Subscriptions and you'll begin receiving emails tomorrow.
You can also manage your email preferences in the mobile app by selecting 'Customer Support', then 'Managing Your Account', and 'Edit Subscriptions'.
