if you need 17 inch its about 1149 but with much better cpu more ram and ssd

Personally I would only buy this if your budget is limited to the sub 1k range. If so then yeah this is a great deal. Like easily the best deal we have seen on a higher power 4060 (or 4060 at all) and that Ryzen 7 is a beast.
The main things you give up to get to this price point is build quality, screen quality and (usually) thermals. Basically if you have the budget and can hold out for it the Lenovo Legions are just better especially the pro series which in this config (or similar) comes up for sale in the 12-1300 range.
But raw power to cost? This thing is a beast if the thermals are okay. You would need to check reviews for that question.
Just make sure you add ram. I don't think they make 4 gig sticks so this thing is running a single 8 GB stick of ram which is going to make it run a LOT slower even ignoring that 8 GBs on a windows machine in 2023 isn't enough. Upgrading ram is usually easy enough for most home users and no longer voids warranties in the US (was ruled illegal a few years ago by the FTC).
