Uhh what yard tools are better? Yea the drills etc are much better on the rigid/milwaukee side. But i thought for yard tools green works was in the top three along with ego.

I still consider trimmers disposible reguardless of who makes them, they all seem junk after a few years, gas and electric.

Some of GW's wireless tools are half-way decent (like their lawn mower and snow blower), however their string trimmer is not very powerful compared to other wireless string trimmers on the market.

Check out the string trimmer comparison video that Project Farm (PF) did comparing EGO, Milwaukee, DeWalt, Ryobi, Kobalt, Makita, Atlas, GW and Echo:

Dewalt, EGO, Makita, Milwaukee, Ryobi. The string trimmer from GW that they tested, was the upgraded 60v brushless dual-line trimmer (which would be much more powerful than this one) but it still finished last place. Additionally, GW has a reputation for being cheap and not being durable. It's really not a good option, but if you only used GW 24v batteries and have a small yard then you might consider it for convenience.
