A way to check is to enter the movie name at the Movies Anywhere site or app and if the movie shows up there I believe this means it is MA compatible.

But, I am kind of 90s kid, so anyone who grew up in the 80s and 90s would know "My Girl" is a total fun & tearjerker movie. At that time we used to have those kinds of small towns where everyone knows everyone and I can tell you we all used to go to Ponds, lakes, and empty fields and play all day.
Anna Chlumsky & Macaulay Culkin nailed the role, especially Anna was so good.
Amazon Prime Video Terms of Use
i. Availability of Purchased Digital Content. Purchased Digital Content will generally continue to be available to you for download or streaming from the Service, as applicable, but may become unavailable due to potential content provider licensing restrictions or for other reasons, and Amazon will not be liable to you if Purchased Digital Content becomes unavailable for further download or streaming.
Don't like the use of the term 'generally' in this case but I'm not sure once purchased why it would not be made available by any studio. This info I found was from a question answered back in 2021, not sure if anything has changed.
I don't think they 'own' after you purchase them but they can always do away with their streaming service and then you have no access to them. I'm assuming even the ones that are MA compatible would go away because they pull the info from the connected streaming service.
