This is my first post so be gentle. Saw an open box 65" LG C2 OLED at local Costco in SoCal with no price tag on it. Asked an associate the price and it rang up as $1600. Seemed odd for an open box item, so he went to his manager and came back with a $900 tag, and also came with the extended Allstate 3-year protection coverage. TV was in like new condition, with film still on the screen, and had 55 hours of total run time on it.

I'm started to think Costco plays games with on floor stock. 2 days ago they had 2 on the floor. Down from 8 or so a few weeks before that. Today they have 8 or so back on the floor. I've seen this with another big item they were marking down too.
Granted they just might have a lot of stock in the back. But it is more tempting to buy if you see stock going down on clearance items.
