What does the auto mode do on the other version?
I have 3 Ryobi impacts, 1 of which has adjustable speeds and I get more cases of the bit jumping out of the fastener when on level 3 (top speed) but the medium and lower are not powerful enough. My oldest Ryobi impact is literally the first green version with one speed and I never have that problem as the trigger allows me to better moderate speed, but it's definitely not as powerful at max output. The other I have is the compact PSBID01 linked in the previous comment which is super light and while not as powerful, it's powerful enough. What annoys me is it has a startup delay that is sometimes annoying…
All that said, I wouldn't mind getting rid of my older versions in favor of this one, but not sure if the multiple speed version is actually nice to have over this one. In my previous versions, it's not. I bought the Milwaukee M12 compact impact and I find it better on all front and with smaller batteries, but part of me still wants to upgrade my Ryobis—I'm addicted :-).

A YouTube video will describe it better than I can. It has routines built in to ramp up driving in/out yo reduce damage to whatever you're working on and all you have to do is hold down the trigger. In reverse mode, it gives 3 "impacts" and then starts to spin up gradually
I have a ton of chargers that from previous bundle deals that I don't use. You can have them.

Same. Even willing to send one or two if people need/ask
Find another tool you may need that comes as a kit. Or, try directtoolsoutlet and get a "factory blemished" one, which is brand new.
