Sorry someone made a shitty joke instead of answering your question when they quoted you, but no they don't need any proof. You just check a box saying you're an investor. At least that's what I did a year or two ago, and I've gotten all the rewards.

Yeah, that happens if you go to a venue where people gather like movies, concerts, plays, symphonies, traveling, sports, church etc, so you must stay home a lot. Sounds pretty boring.
