Can I simply pull $250 twice from schwab to capital one (using capital one's website to do it) to hit this bonus?
Wife applied, was approved. Then wasn't able to sign in - they claim the phone number is invalid. Locked. Called to unlock, verified some info, ok. Overnight got an email it's been locked again. She's had to send a copy of her ID 5 times now. Their support is awful and unintelligible on the phone from whatever third world phone system they're using. At this point, I think it's not worth the bonus.

I was in the same situation as you and I was eligible by following the link.
Linked the 360 account as external from within my Chase account, did a standard transfer of $250 today. From what others are saying it won't likely qualify for the $350 bonus, but at least I tried. Definitely not linking my main bank account with T-Mobile. Set up a recurring transfer from Chase to Capital One each month so I don't have to think about it.
PS - Love the handle. Big New Order and Joy Division fan myself.
EDIT: I just modfied the Direct Deposit on my company's HR site to send $275 to my Capital One 360 account each pay period (and the remainder to my Chase Checking) -- just to be extra sure that I hit the target.
