This robot works as a better appliance without the app where you press the buttons after you have it where you want it to clean and in the cleaning mode you want it. The app introduces inconsistent behavior and I've had to factory reset this robot several times since getting it.

Edit: You can get the better Vacmop Robot, the RV2400WD (or variants) or AV2610WA (or variants) for around this price or less when renewed/refurbished. They have faster lidar, larger mop pads, and the 2600 series is compatible with self emptying bases.

I had a roborock and recently got a shark.

The Shark seems way less smart/efficient. It does map the house, but when it does a room it does rows...and then randomly goes back around randomly, taking much longer than it needs to.
And the app doesn't allow you to schedule particular rooms- scheduling is the whole house or nothing.
Seems to vacuum ok, but the software is mediocre

I really like my Shark regular vacuum, but it seems their R&D in robot vacuums is subpar
