You'd have to check terms at whatever store you're trying to get price-matched: some specifically exclude sale items, even if they're advertised. Or if they match, they might only do it once the sale price actually begins.

Yeah I saw on the Costco subreddit a few weeks ago one store had the Horizon Forbidden West bundle w/ two controllers, the Pulse 3d wireless headset, and 4X $25 Playstation Store gift cards for $499!

I said to myself at the time of that Costco reddit post that I'm personally holding out for the slim because I think the OG PS5 is an ugly behemoth, but if I came upon that deal I wouldn't have been able to say no.

Thank you Amused. But, with the reloadable Account card works the deal? This isn't a credit card is it?

I'm not surprised at all to see this Target deal. I've been seeing some deals at Costco a lot lately on bundles. Some real good deals. Sony is clearly trying to liquidate stock in anticipation of these new SKU's.

And it's not really supposed to be a "slim" either. Cause Sony doesn't want to change the dimensions of the detachable plates

The redcard is an actual Target Credit Card you must sign and get approved for NOT a reloadable card.

According to who? Rumors I've read are that the faceplates have been a total flop and Sony is looking to do a hard reset on the physical design since a majority of consumers still think the PS5 is "too ugly" to place in their home entertainment centers.
