Dont think we can really answer that for you, they're entirely different cameras. Do you need a zoom lens? Go with the sony. Do you need only a fixed 23mm (35mm FF equivalent lens)? Go with the fuji

Good travel zoom lens i daylight. Decent quality and lightweight. Don't expect any good quality shots indoor or during night time, though.

Sony a6600, mid range, is one good option. The a6400 is small battery and 30 mins rec limit and heats up.

Just upgraded my A5000 with the A6000 a week ago. Got it almost new from Facebook Marketplace for $300. It's a steal of a camera. This A6600 is a great camera but I just can't justify the $1400 tag compared to the A6000 for $300
