Their returns are horrible. Make you pay return shipping and restocking fee if I remember correctly. I only buy their stuff from Costco, never again from them direct.

I really like their casual shorts and their tshirts, but I highly recommend against their socks and hats. Socks and hats are both awful quality.

I use the shirts almost daily for the gym. Great durability. Wearing the socks right now but have only owned them for a month

I've been member of 32 degrees for a while now. Two issues the sizes and the bottoms buttons falling apart. Rather than that they are a great deal.

Returns "used to be" relatively easy, with a flat $5 return shipping fee. Now, it looks like they're using 3rd party "Returnly" and the cost is difficult to determine in their "Terms".

I've found the t-shirts to fit smaller than UA, for example. A medium 32 Degrees fits about like a small UA loose fit tech tee. For underwear, I wear a small in both UA and 32 Degrees but only recommend the "Active Mesh", not the "Cool Active" style.

I would advise people not to buy anything from their website. I realize some people might like their stuff, but I think most of it is low quality polyester crap. I ordered a few items from their website earlier this year. They sent me several items in the wrong size. Customer support is non-existent. All of my messages to them went unanswered or were returned with a generic canned response. The chat support function never worked properly. I had to pay to return items that were sent to me in error. Also, the returns processing is very slow, took roughly 3 months to get my refund!
