Bought the deluxe refurbed on woot a week or so ago for $120. Base container wouldn't come off so ninja cs watched as I cut the cord and they are sending me a new one 😊

You had no problem getting Ninja to warranty a refurbished item from Woot?

No, was a bit nervous though, expected they would tell me to contact woot but I gave them the serial number, told them where I bought it and went through a bit of troubleshooting (I have a regular Creami so I'm familiar with the product) and went from there. The lid on my regular Creami was broken and they also are sending out a replacement for that. It's good to know they are standing behind their Creami products as they are riddled with problems. The end product though is addicting. I suspect the reason they had me cut the cord as opposed to sending it back is because it was already refurbed.

That is great to know. I saw that Woot placed a sticker on top of the original serial number. I wasn't sure what they would say. Really happy to hear they stand by their products no matter where you got it from.

Mine didn't have a sticker over it. Maybe because they knew it was unusable 🤷 ♀️
