Thanks, it looks interesting. At this price, I'll give it a shot to see if it can help me with some specific areas. One of the reviews stated it did a good job at just weeding before they went in and put full pressure to till the soil.

Yea I mean how practical is this thing? Can anyone comment? I can only imagine in the hard California clay type soil around me it would be completely worthless

Also interested in finding something for California clay. I tried the corona soil ripper tiller and it barely even penetrated the earth. Useless

small scale projects only
i cultivated 500 sq ft with a tiller/cultivator of this style and it's a workout keeping it deep enough at the angle you're holding it

I got this a month ago, it can go through hard soil but not without pushing down. With little force and patience you can till a very hard soil. It's also good for weeding. Battery is ok, but wish it lasts longer, it runs for about 30 minutes or so. It's definitely for small spaces/backyard only.

I bought this 2 months ago for about $70 after tax on the last deal. I had some big patches of dry ground where my grass had died.

It worked very well for the money. The battery does not last all that long I had to stop for a charge. but it was pretty dry packed dirt.

I recommend this for smaller areas or for something really cheap to get you by.

This is perfect at this price point. I have a large tiller and needed a smaller tiller for a smaller area. Worked great on my hard packed soil.

What is the Wh rating of the battery? I looked in the Amazon ad, but I did not locate it. I already have 3 B&D string trimmers, and a Flashlight and a Power Drill that all use 20V batteries, and I have ~6 or 8 batteries. I am in for one, but if the battery is a 15Wh, I may be sending it back!
