I also had this JuiceBox 40 for 3 years. They forced everyone to the new app which is really bloated with addition of public chargers and payment. No longer can control the charge amount (not talking about current).
The new app is buggy and initially kept insisting I use the old app for home charger. I had to have tech support manually delete my charger from their system. Then it was showing another extra grayed out charger besides mine. Tech support couldn't fix it. Also no way to control my charger without internet. Eventually I returned it to Costco. Bought WallBox from the recent sale.
JuiceBox wifi is very weak. It disconnects frequently even within 25ft away from my AP. I had to setup a repeater just for the Juicebox.
One day the Juicebox magically started connecting to the app again and I set it to 40A and now adjust the charge settings from the car. We have not had to open the app since. It's a shame since the scheduling features were pretty nice.
If this new version does not allow you to make adustments outside the app, i would stay away.
On the new one I had turned on time of day mode so I can charge at off peak times, however their "JuiceNet" network went down and I couldn't connect and charge my car… I had to call their technician support just to get charging. Again, the new app and the transition for old users is awful. Until they have a reliable app, I'd pass.
Other notes: others may have stated this already but the length of the Costco version is 20ft vs 25ft. That was a deal breaker for me.

It can do service load management (needs an additional monitor for your panel + wiring) which is pretty useful if you are stuck on a small residential service (100A, 60A).
I've contacted Enel-X and they insist an electrician needs to check the outlet first before they start swapping out the unit for another one.
