This is a pretty nice cooler, but I'll never be able to understand why they make any coolers black. It literally absorbs heat from the sun.

Not even luke warm deal. There are multiple better portable cooler fridges slickdeals deletes those post. Why ?

I've read some places the 30 qt will fit in the trunk flush as well.

One of the best things I've ever purchased. I take mine to the beach weekly so I leave it plugged in all week at home then move it into my vehicle when I'm heading to the beach and then when done, I bring it back inside again. Very convenient not having to take anything out or use ice. Great price too. I paid $230 on sale a couple months ago and I'm very happy with my purchase at that price
