This is $20 cheaper than a Frontpage Deal of Amazon from 3 weeks ago. SSDs seem to continue to go down and if you have a computer that has PCIe 4.0 or 5.0 slots these are a great deal for a very fast drive. If your nvme connection goes straight to the CPU these might work well on PCIe 2.0 or 3.0 boards YMMV. Usually only one slot will do that on older boards. You might read online and look at your CPU specs as well.

The non-heatsink version is $99.99 and you can get the heatsink version for only $10 more or $110. If you have a PS5 you will need the heatsink version and sometimes that is as much as $30 more.

Can games be played directly off this on PS5 or do they have to be stored here and transferred to the main PS5 ssd? I'm just starting to look into adding a secondary ps5 ssd, so not too sure how it all works.

Play directly off this SSD you'll easily install. How to video on YouTube from Sony or Playstation themselves. Heatsink recommended.
