I have 2 Juiced E-Bikes. One is a Ripcurrent X and the other is a Crosscurrent X. My Ripcurrent battery failed at just under 500 miles, Juiced refused to warranty. Bike was completely stock with no modifications.

I discovered the battery had heated up on its own while bike was parked in my garage (too hot to touch without gloves), I moved it outside just in case it caught fire. After it cooled down, the battery would no longer hold charge.

Could not recommend the brand any more. I've had a Hyperscorpion for 3 years (paid full price at time, around $2500), have 2000 miles, incredible reliability — literally no repairs other than fixing a flat. Motor/pack is exceptional, they were one of the first to go to 52V.

Juiced has been around for a while and their founder posts pretty interesting videos on the development of the bikes—way better than a typical D2C brand.

This is an insane price. E-bike prices are really dropping.

I just ordered one today from Juiced for $79. Not slick but I wasn't sure if any other racks would fit. That rack is now OOS.

Interesting that they're accepting promo codes- website states "Promotional codes may not be combined and are not eligible for purchases of close out or open box bikes.":

These do come with their standard one-year warranty.​

They sell the 52V replacement battery for the same $799 price, so buying the whole bike made sense for me. I'll be able to swap them around (I also have a CrossCurrent X Stepthrough).

Someone posted in the reviews that they got this same bike on "closeout" deal in February. Makes me wonder. Having a hard time deciding which brand to go with. There are the basics like motor brand and size and if they have hydrolic brakes or not. And battery size. But I worry about availability of parts in the future. Even at this price it is enough money that you can't treat it as a disposable item.
