Promotion Period: The Fast Twitch NFL Instant Win Game & Sweepstakes ("Promotion") begins on August 13, 2023 at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on September 23, 2023 at 11:59:59 PM ET ("Promotion Period").
Eligibility: This Promotion is open to individuals who are legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia ("Territory") and who are at least eighteen (18) years and the age of majority in the entrant's jurisdiction at the time of entry.
Sponsor and Administrator: The Sponsor of the Promotion is The Gatorade Company located at 433 W. Van Buren St., Chicago 60607. The Administrator of the Promotion is Fooji, Inc. located at 257 E. Short St. Suite 200, Lexington, KY 40507.
How To Participate: During the Promotion Period, to enter for a chance to win a Prize, eligible entrants must complete and submit the registration form with all required information, namely entrants' date of birth, complete first and last name (no initials), valid e-mail address, street address (no P.O. Boxes will be allowed), city, state, ZIP code, and selection of entrants' favorite NFL team. Before submitting the registration form, entrants must click the box to confirm that they accept these Official Rules. There are two (2) ways to access the registration form to play the Instant Win Game and enter the Sweepstakes. During the Promotion Period, to access registration form and Instant Win Game, either:
After registering, the entrant must then follow the on-screen instructions to play the Instant Win Game ("Instant Win Game"). After playing the Instant Win Game, the entrant will receive notification in real time on the Instant Win Game website screen as to whether he/she is a potential Instant Winner ("Potential Instant Winner") ("Notification").
After playing the Instant Win Game, each entrant will automatically receive one (1) entry into the applicable Drawing that corresponds with his/her zip code.
LIMITS: There is a limit of one (1) Instant Win Game play and one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person/household/email address, per Day during the Promotion Period. A maximum of one (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize and one (1) Instant Win Prize may be awarded per person, and per delivery address, in connection with the Promotion.
Prizes: Each Day will have its own separate list and quantity of Instant Win Prizes available, as further outlined in the chart below (each an "Instant Win Prize"). There are a total of four (4) Sweepstakes Grand Prizes available (each a "Sweepstakes Grand Prize"), one (1) for each Retail Division. Instant Win Prizes and Sweepstakes Grand Prizes collectively referred to herein as "Prize(s)." No more than two- thousand, two-hundred and eight-seven (2,287) Instant Win Prizes and (4) Four Sweepstakes Grand Prizes will be awarded in the Promotion. All federal, state and local taxes and all other expenses not expressly listed in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of the verified Prize winner(s) ("Verified Prize Winner"). Prize(s) is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize(s) for one of equal or greater value. Prize type(s) and components will be selected by Sponsor or its representatives in its/their sole discretion. All non-stated features of the Prize(s) are determined in Sponsor's sole discretion and subject to availability. Actual retail value of the Prize(s) may vary, including variations based on the entrants' location.
Instant Win Prizes: A total of two-thousand, two-hundred and eight-seven (2,287) Instant Win Prizes are available to be awarded during the entire Promotion Period. Each of the Instant Win Prize types are described below, and the quantity of available Instant Win Prizes on each specific Day during the Promotion Period is outlined in the chart below.
Instant Win Prize Descriptions
Sweepstakes Grand Prize: There are four (4) Four Sweepstakes Grand Prizes available to be awarded, one (1) per Retail Division (defined below). Each Sweepstakes Grand Prize shall be comprised of the following items:
Three (3) pairs of tickets (each individual ticket not to exceed ARV $200) to NFL. All travel-related and other expenses not set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, ground and other transportation, parking, gratuities and incidental hotel expenses, are the sole responsibility the Verified Prize Winner. Verified Prize Winner will be able to select his/her preference of games, but the specific tickets awarded are subject to availability and Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor does not guarantee that tickets will be awarded to any specific game.
Retail Divisions: There are four Retail Divisions – South, West, North, and Central. Each Retail Division will have its own separate Drawing. Each entrant will be entered into one Drawing, as determined based on the zip code provided by such entrant as part of his/her entry process.
