Yes. Walgreens is NOT like Target when it comes to their offer of a gift card.At Target the cashier is notified that they need to issue a gift card and take one out of the drawer. At Walgreens, you need to add the Walgreens gift card to your purchase.

In fact, many cashiers have no idea how to fulfill this promo. As I stated in my earlier post, I bought 2 variable load Uber and asked for $15 on each, and 1 variable load Walgreens and asked for $10. I had entered my phone number at the beginning of the transaction and the $10 Walgreens gift card rang up as $0.00.

Anyone did this promo more than twice with the same MyWalgreens number? Wonder if they're enforcing the limit, or it's a limit per transaction.

Yes. I was near Walgreens so I tried again. I created a new account but that wouldn't work so I tried my original account again and it let me do it again.
