Did anyone receive their order already? Mine was delivered an hour ago and I am out of the country. Based on the pictures sent by roommate I couldn't tell if it is base station pro or just the regular base station. If anyone can confirm if it is truly the Pro Base Station, I would really appreciate. Thanks in advance

I just received the package. Its in a lose brown packaging and it DOES NOT have the pro base. Its a regular base. Wondering if i should keep it or return!

Thanks confirming. It sucks that it is just the regular base station and not the pro. I already have pretty much everything included in this package including the Doorbell PRO. I bought this assuming I will be getting a PRO base station. Now to decide if I should return it. ☹️

Agreed. It is lame. The description clearly stated it was Alarm Pro Base Station with built-in eero Wi-Fi 6 router. Not sure if we can force B&H Photo to send us the Pro base station. Otherwise, just return it I guess.

also received the regular base station. chatted with ring support to see if they could make it right. But since BH is not an authorized reseller they recommended to return it.
