This is perfect for me. Specifically because I have a large trash can that ends up stinking way sooner than it should simply because of wet canned cat food. Sure I could take out the trash much sooner but what would be the point of having a large trash can at that point? TU, gonna use this for anything meat related and would probably be taken out in short bursts.
When you think about it, 5.3 gallon trash can for about $21 isn't so bad considering most 13 gallon trash cans are about $50+
I found 13 gal trash cans to be retarded in a kitchen. The can will get fruit flies and rotting crap before even getting half way full. So you end up wasting half the bag space when you take it out early
funny how they make the photo look like a 13 gallon trash can
Must be your brain playing tricks on you. Not sure how they make it look like a 13 gallon? They show a photo with the 4 different sizes. The title states 20 Liter / 5.3 gallons. They show a photo of it twice with a leg next to it about to open it and next to a person standing. They also have a video with a person using it mutliple times. What more do you want?
I bought this "used - like new" last week for $18.51. Still a couple of those available as of Monday evening at 8:50pm PST. No regrets. A tiny bit big for the bathroom but the wonderful quality is worth it. Thanks OP!!
I have this in my bathroom. Bought it to try and keep the dog out but she is still able to get in the trash. The gas spring that lets the lid close softly also stopped working and I've only had this for less than a year.
agree, especially for kitchen area based on the picture it looks so small
Because it's not for kitchen. If trash can sizes aren't common sense amongst you already, the product page also clearly tells you the different sizes and their suitable purpose. This is an oversized bathroom, office/bedroom size. Perfect for it, great price. Kitchen version is 2x the size of this.

We have to empty ours every 1-2 days at most so no time for fruit flies.
According to SD, this deal is still available. When i clicked on it, however, I get the fantastic price of $63.64. I will take 100 of them at that price!🙄 LOL
