LOL, they say "10-20 minutes" for assembly, but that is only putting the parts on. It's the proper adjustments that are important and time consuming. A bike shop would allow for about an hour of professional mechanics time to do it right, so expect much more than that if you are inexperienced.
BTW, if you do the bare minimum of bolting the parts on and airing up the tires, it'll probably be rideable, however the quality of the ride will suffer and the bike will break down sooner necessitating repair or replacement.
